What JD Delivered
JD primarily handled the signage for Chestnut Hill’s condo building in Pickering. The client came with a very pretty picture — a multicolored, six- or seven-sided pointed shape, very eye-catching from the road — and asked JD to figure out how to build it. JD handled the engineering development that turned that rendering into an executable signage concept, then carried it through a complex city permit process.
Rollout Scope
A single condo building in Pickering.
Challenge Solved
Chestnut Hill came up with a very pretty picture — a multicolored, six- or seven-sided pointed shape — and handed it to JD to figure out how to build. JD handled all of the engineering development to turn that rendering into an executable signage concept. Because the shape was so unique, it also called for a complex permit process to get sign-off from the city.
Outcome / Result
JD turned Chestnut Hill’s rendering into a buildable, permitted sign for the Pickering condo.
