About the job
We are actively seeking an energetic Project Manager with a strong background in both construction project management and account management, particularly within the signage or construction industry. This candidate will bring a unique skill set, adept at coordinating tasks such as scheduling, risk management, and administrative duties. With experience in maintaining positive client relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams, the successful candidate will ensure seamless alignment of project deliverables with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Manage working relationships with clients, internal resources and third parties such as vendors, subcontractors, and utilities
- Work alongside designers and other Project Managers to determine resources, evaluate progress, and obtain permits
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures whenever possible
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, demonstrating attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of project management software

Our growing business is looking for a Sales Professional with experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in signage or capital equipment sales. A successful candidate would be highly motivated, results-driven, and will develop or bring with them a book of business focusing on national accounts. You will demonstrate to customers how our company can support their business growth through signage and branding using interior and exterior programs, as well as architectural design elements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and developing potential sales leads
- Assist and drive submittal processes to develop accurate proposals
- Delve deeper into existing customers to increase sales and profitability
- Present to potential clients the full array of services we can provide them with while developing sales opportunities to fit client-specific needs
- Push specialty fabrication services beyond our core business
- Bridge gap between sales, project manager and customer
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field – marketing, business development, construction management, architectural or structural design
- 5+ years sales experience with demonstrated success in business-to-business selling
- Capable of working outside of the non-traditional work hours
- Sign, media, or display experience is considered an asset
- Proven ability to analyze options and problem solve
